M & K Wedding!!!

As I said in my previous post I got the pleasure of following the wonderful Jessica Hester around at a wedding she did the other week. It was a beatiful day, wedding and couple. It was also a fun wedding-this couple knows how give their guests a good time! (On a personal note, the bride's father and mine are actually long time friends so it was fun to see them again.) Thank you to Jessica, Mary & Keith for letting me be there! Here are some of my favorites that I was able to get:

I had quite the exciting weekend-and I owe it all to Jessica of Jessica Hester Photography! She was wonderful enough to offer to let me tag along on a wedding she was doing in New Ulm. I was so excited and grateful for the opportunity because I have 2 weddings in fall that I want to be as prepared as I can be for. Everthing about the day and wedding was beautiful. I learned so much from Jessica because she pretty much rocks, I already feel better about the upcoming weddings. I am working on the pictures now and will be posting them soon!

Thank you again Jessica for letting me be there and for showing me the ropes-you have no idea how much I appreciate it!!!!!!

Miss Evelyn turns 2!

I took pictures of this adorable little girl when she turned 1 and was super excited when her mom-my best friend-asked me to take her 2 year pics too. I had so much fun following her around taking pics and trying out my portable 'studio'. Thank you Beaches for letting me take Evy's pictures again!!!

Being the model that she is, she did this pose all on her own.

Wedding Class!!

To prepare for the weddings I have coming up in Fall I took a wedding class and it was AMAZING!!! I learned so much from our awesome teacher, Emily Steffen, an amazing wedding photographer in WI. There were numerous vendors who provided their talents so we could have a real 'mock' wedding setup! Besides all the great information and practice, I also met some great photographers. It was nice meeting other photographers who were starting out.

Mr. Mox

My nephew Moxson is my sister's 4th child (you'll see his brother and sister's here a lot too!). He is the cutest little guy with all his blond hair and when he smiles it melts my heart! The first 2 pics are from when he was a month old and the rest are him at 4 months. Doesn't he just keep getting cuter?! .
